By creating an account, signing in, or using Ringg, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Ringg is an online marketplace that helps businesses and independent callers discover each other, agree on campaign terms, and collaborate on outbound calling. Ringg is not the employer of callers and does not guarantee results, meetings, or revenue.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate profile and campaign information.
• One person or entity must not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

• Provide lawful campaign briefs, scripts, and lead data you have the right to use.
• Comply with telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws in target regions.
• Do not request unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling practices.
• Pay agreed fees and respond to connection requests in good faith.

• Represent businesses honestly and follow agreed scripts and compliance rules.
• Do not share confidential campaign materials outside accepted engagements.
• Maintain accurate availability, languages, and pricing information.
• Complete verification steps truthfully, including voice and identity checks.

Platform fees, payout timing, and dispute rules are described on our pricing pages and may be updated with notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Ringg a limited licence to host, display, and process that content to operate the service. Call recordings and uploaded files may be shared between parties only as permitted by the product flow and applicable law.

You may not use Ringg for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, malware, scraping, security attacks, or attempts to bypass access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the platform. You may stop using Ringg at any time and request account deletion via hello@ringg.io.

Ringg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or mandatory law. Otherwise, Ringg's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to Ringg in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the EEA or UK.
